It’s World Book Day, one of our favourites! Reading to little ones, even if they don’t quite understand them yet, creates a bond between you and implements a ritual and routine.
Once they’re older, reading together is great for developing imaginations and storytelling skills. What’s better, lots of local bookstores have signed up to ‘Bookshop’, an online collection of stores that you are able to purchase books through. It means that you can still support local businesses that are currently unable to trade on the high street, so we’ve included these where we could!
