Outdoor Education Sessions for Schools – Summer 2021

Summer Sessions to help School Pupils Catch Up

We can provide a variety of sessions for school pupils to both help them catch up but also to improve general health and wellbeing.

Many of the sessions we provide lead to a qualification (details below).

Our trainer is L4 Forest School Leader trained and an ex school teacher.

We can therefore provide half of the teacher ratio required when working with 20 children.

Our Forest School site is in Salford M7 4NT and backs onto extensive woodlands and wetlands.

We also have a 9 seater minibus, so we can pick some pupils up as needed.

Sessions are run by our L4 Forest School Trainer Garry who is an ex teacher. Garry has also completed his Bear Grylls Survival training.

We recommend a ratio of 1:10 for our Outdoor sessions of which Garry can make up one person of the ratio.

We are a not for profit social enterprise with an aim to help communities live healthier and happier lives.
